I am an ACE-certified Fitness Coach and Nutrition Specialist with over 10 years of experience helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals. I started my career working with fast-paced, high-performing New Yorkers who demanded the best. Over the years, I’ve expanded my reach to help people from all walks of life—whether in person, virtually, or through app-based training—making fitness accessible to anyone, anywhere.
As passionate as I am about fitness, I’m also deeply committed to mental wellness. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the goal of integrating the mental and physical aspects of health to create a holistic approach to well-being.
